ABOUT THE CREATOR

Beth Phillips is a former homeschooling mom of four and licensed attorney in Pennsylvania. She is the publisher of PaHomeschoollaw.com, a virtual course, various digital guides and an ebook on the topic. 

Although Beth's children are all adults, the recent interest in homeschooling due to the pandemic and post-pandemic policies has inspired her to update the various resources, including this course, to incorporate recent amendments in the compulsory attendance law.
